The best person that worked at this store name was Lisa and now I was told she doesn’t work there I don’t understand why however she kept the store well organized and she was full of life I only attended the store because of her grace and mercy and personality it’s people like Lisa that made the store what it was and now I don’t think I will visit without her being there

The items they have are amazing. ! I’m a business owner they the old lady there and the young lady they were talking to me like I’m a person off the street with that being said I was willing to have a budget up to $1000 a month for my uniforms because when they get dirty, we just dispose of them we just buy new ones. I asked the older lady if we can have named uniforms they said oh, you can’t just buy one item and put a name on it. We know that though. With that being said, just very horrible experience that I just had and I am currently outside juice, where did up by then, not good for business, I’ve been in business since 2016 nobody ever came at me like that. ! Get your employees in order because you just lost a really good deal that I was going to present thank you although your items are very good just your employees just made me feel like somebody off the street or somebody with no money ! Oh I also returned the what I Purchaced

We had to buy scrubs from here for our local nursing school and customer service was horrible. The prices are about average for the local scrub shops, however, I would pay more if the workers were more helpful. Firstly, they did not have the female style shoes that we needed in stock (there were multiple choices and none of them were in stock.) When asked if the workers knew when the trucks came in the answer was, "Nope, they don't tell us. It just comes and we stock." Ok, that's fine. So I bought the smallest size in mens. Then they were out of my size scrub bottoms which were petite large. I get it, it's a popular size. They said that they could ship it. Great, when would it be here? It would take a couple of weeks. When asked what a couple meant, I got "maybe you should have come in sooner if you needed them sooner." It was a month out. When asked very directly again, I was told a couple of weeks again. A week later I called and they said that they didn't have the invoice of my order. After waiting until the next day to call multiple managers they finally found it. But it hadn't been sent out to fill the order. I ended up getting them the night before I needed them. If I didn't HAVE to get my scrubs specifically from there I would have left. I did go to the school and ask for the scrubs to be ordered somewhere else and explained the situation.
